Payment

All major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment. Amounts paid are not refundable. Subscriptions to our service are pre-paid. As such, any cancellations that occur in the middle of a payment term (month, quarter, or year depending on payment schedule) will be made effective on the final day of the prepaid term. Any email communication regarding the cancellation of an account must be from the email address on record in the account to complete the cancellation.

Credit Card Expirations or Declines

Please note that allowing a credit card to expire or not submitting payment by check regardless of invoice receipt status will not automatically cancel your account as we maintain all account data, allow subscriptions to occur, and allow you access to your account. You will remain responsible for paying the monthly charge, which will accrue to your account, until we receive a cancellation notice. We will send notice to the email on record if a card is declined. We may also follow-up by phone or mail. We reserve the right to send delinquent accounts to a collection agency if they are not paid within 3 months.

www.zipdandy.com is intended for users 18 years and older. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or subscribing to our services. Neither the Client, its marketing partners, affiliates and/or Clients may use the Zip Dandy Website for any illegal or illicit activity.    Specifically prohibited usages include, but are not limited to, usage of the website to conduct gambling or gaming operations, including all games of chance, sports book or any other activity which fits into the generally accepted definition of gambling or gaming.   Also prohibited is the usage of this website to sell, download, upload or otherwise disseminate or distribute pornographic material.   All activity legally prohibited under the laws of the United States and/or the country of the client is also prohibited under these terms and conditions.   Clients, affiliates, partners and users agree to these terms under penalty of forfeiture of payments, deletion from the Zip Dandy Website, banning and/or other penalty to be determined by the sole discretion of ZDC.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours´ notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a charge equal to your monthly bill (minimum $20) to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are available on a worldwide basis, depending upon the access, availability and government regulations of any particular country. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site.
